Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines, ensuring data integrity, model efficiency, and system reliability.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of ML models, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for real-time applications.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
