- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Conduct extensive research to identify and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
- Build and optimize scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and related fields, integrating new knowledge into our practices.
- Document technical designs, research findings, and operational procedures comprehensively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Expertise in MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
