Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead end-to-end machine learning projects, from data exploration and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in model development and MLOps.
- Evaluate and select appropriate data sets and data representation methods for machine learning projects.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expertise in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
