Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation with new AI techniques, frameworks, and technologies.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Develop robust MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply relevant findings to our product roadmap.
- Present findings and articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven expertise in at least one of the following domains: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Airflow).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
