- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance machine learning models and systems.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and model prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to define requirements and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize existing AI/ML pipelines and algorithms for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for AI/ML initiatives across the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for model deployment and management.
- Solid background in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
