- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and AI systems across various platforms.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to explore novel AI/ML techniques and algorithms that address complex business challenges.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, build robust data pipelines, and integrate AI solutions.
- Architect and implement MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/delivery for ML systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends to continuously inform and improve our strategies.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development of AI systems, adhering to best practices for fairness, transparency, and privacy.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in a production environment.
- Exceptional programming skills in Python, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and utilize big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, SQL).
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Experience with MLOps principles, tools, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
