- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to identify optimal AI/ML techniques and architectures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Deep expertise in various machine learning techniques including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
