Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from experimentation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency using state-of-the-art techniques and cloud platforms.
- Conduct rigorous research and evaluation of new AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and querying using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges creatively.
