- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance AI and Machine Learning models.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions across various platforms, including cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Optimize existing ML algorithms and systems for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, Deep Learning, and related fields.
- Architect and implement MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure the ethical deployment and responsible use of AI, adhering to best practices for data privacy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
