- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct advanced research into novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and drive best practices in MLOps.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality for training and inference.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new technologies and methodologies.
- Perform rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of models to achieve desired performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
