Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, including data collection, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Software Engineering) to define requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development of AI systems, addressing bias and fairness considerations.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for our AI infrastructure and platform.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one major AI sub-field: Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
