- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and robust machine learning models and algorithms across various platforms.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to explore novel AI/ML techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
- Optimize existing models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring production readiness and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Establish and maintain MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to our products.
- Ensure the ethical deployment and responsible use of AI, adhering to data privacy and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Exceptional programming proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Expertise in major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for machine learning infrastructure and services.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including model lifecycle management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, distributed computing, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
