Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models.
- Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Build and optimize scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation to improve model performance and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
- Expertise in Python and strong proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
