- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluation, and optimization of AI models to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve complex problems.
- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
- Optimize existing AI/ML pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Profound expertise in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Pandas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
