- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and autonomous agents.
- Lead end-to-end MLOps processes, including data pipelines, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Conduct thorough research into novel AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
- Optimize existing models and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI platforms and technological stack.
- Document technical designs, research findings, and operational procedures effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with core ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their practical applications.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps and scalable ML infrastructure.
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
