Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, software engineering) to define project requirements and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and technologies to enhance existing products and explore new opportunities.
- Optimize ML models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and strong SQL skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) is a plus.
