- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning systems in production.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to identify optimal AI/ML techniques for various problem domains.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop robust MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply relevant innovations to our products.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
