- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines across various domains.
- Architect, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver robust AI-powered features.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices in MLOps, code quality, and system design within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and actively explore opportunities to integrate new techniques into our platform.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, tools, and processes, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment, scaling, and management.
- Solid grasp of MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and versioning.
