- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable machine learning models and AI systems across various platforms.
- Research and apply advanced AI/ML algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Develop and maintain production-grade MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology, integrating new techniques as appropriate.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and architectural decisions for our AI platform.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in data manipulation, feature engineering, and working with large, complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
