Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI strategy and deliver solutions.
- Architect and build scalable, production-ready MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct research into new AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to business problems.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
