- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to identify optimal AI solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Optimize existing AI/ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop robust monitoring, evaluation, and retraining strategies for deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the AI/ML engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning theory, algorithms (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML systems.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, including SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark).
