- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Architect and optimize scalable ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to identify and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of best practices in MLOps and software development.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all deployed AI/ML systems.
- Present findings, insights, and model performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Profound expertise in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas).
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and proficiency in data manipulation and feature engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a strong analytical mindset.
