Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable AI/ML models and systems across various applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and experimentation with novel machine learning algorithms and techniques to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize the performance, efficiency, and scalability of existing and new AI/ML models and infrastructure.
- Champion best practices for MLOps, model governance, data quality, and responsible AI throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic advancements in AI/ML, integrating relevant insights into our strategic roadmap.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to the overall technical vision of the AI team.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Deep expertise in Python and proficiency with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with a data-driven approach and deliver impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proven track record of leading projects, mentoring peers, and contributing to significant technical initiatives.
