- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable machine learning models and AI systems into production environments.
- Lead end-to-end ML projects, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct research and experimentation with cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research and apply relevant findings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with data warehousing, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
