Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable machine learning models.
- Conduct advanced research and experimentation to identify and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.
- Optimize the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of existing and new AI/ML systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices in AI/ML development.
- Contribute to the MLOps pipeline, ensuring seamless integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring of models.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI/ML and data science.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to the overall architectural strategy of our AI platform.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
