Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable machine learning models and pipelines.
- Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new AI/ML technologies and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in MLOps and software development.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate model effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across all ML initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment and management.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to take ML models from research to production.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
