- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML models and systems.
- Architect and implement scalable, robust, and efficient machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify and apply new AI/ML algorithms and techniques to complex business challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency through rigorous testing and iterative refinement.
- Ensure the ethical deployment and responsible use of AI, adhering to best practices in data privacy and security.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed production models.
- Expertise in Python and profound proficiency with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and their practical applications.
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing for large-scale data processing.
