- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering to define AI roadmaps and features.
- Perform extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to achieve optimal performance.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model training, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough research into new AI/ML techniques and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our products.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize existing AI/ML pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Present findings, insights, and model performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Sagemaker).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and query languages (SQL, Spark) and experience with big data technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive technical innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
