Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI solutions.
- Optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI systems.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrated expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including their ML services.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
