Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Architect and optimize machine learning pipelines for efficiency, robustness, and performance.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, model evaluation, and A/B testing to ensure solution efficacy.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research and apply relevant innovations.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI platforms and technological roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
