- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect and build robust, high-performance machine learning systems and pipelines.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to identify optimal AI/ML techniques for specific problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI/ML development.
- Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of AI/ML solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with AI/ML, delivering measurable impact.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
