- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end machine learning systems and AI-powered features.
- Architect scalable and robust MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct research into new AI/ML techniques and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into our products.
- Optimize existing machine learning models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with core ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
