Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-powered applications in production environments.
- Lead the entire AI/ML lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, infrastructure) to define requirements and integrate AI solutions.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and related fields to drive innovation.
- Optimize AI/ML algorithms and infrastructure for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness on cloud platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices in MLOps and software development.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and applications at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
