Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and AI-powered features.
- Architect robust, efficient, and maintainable software systems for AI/ML applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to evaluate new AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to best practices in software development and MLOps.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency on various platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in our AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code in a collaborative environment.
