Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Architect and implement core machine learning infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in software development and MLOps.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Drive innovation by proposing and prototyping novel AI/ML features and capabilities.
- Ensure the highest standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to lead and mentor.
