- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Build and maintain robust, high-performance AI/ML systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Optimize existing models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and related fields.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models in production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with data processing tools and technologies (e.g., Spark, SQL, Pandas).
