Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable machine learning models and algorithms in a production environment.
- Lead end-to-end MLOps processes, including data pipelines, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, other engineers) to define requirements and deliver innovative AI-powered features.
- Conduct research and experimentation to identify new AI/ML techniques and technologies for product enhancement.
- Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices in software engineering and machine learning.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap for our AI platform.
- Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of AI systems through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, production-grade software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
