- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable AI/ML models and systems.
- Architect and implement machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with research scientists, data engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, efficiency, and resource utilization across various platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our capabilities.
- Ensure the reliability, quality, and maintainability of codebases through rigorous testing and best practices.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI/ML initiatives and product roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Profound expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical application.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and deploy production-ready machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
