- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable machine learning models and AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, engineers) to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize existing AI/ML pipelines and algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conduct research into new AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and frameworks to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code in Python, Java, or C++.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production ML models, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Document technical designs, research findings, and operational procedures thoroughly.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated expertise in classical machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
