Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI algorithms for various applications.
- Architect and implement robust, high-performance software systems for AI/ML inference and training.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define requirements and translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in AI/ML development.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools into our existing platforms.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI/ML initiatives and technical roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
