Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to define and implement new features and system enhancements.
- Lead technical design discussions, review code, and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the highest quality through comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and resolve critical issues promptly.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our backend infrastructure and development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js) and experience with microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of API design principles (RESTful, gRPC) and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
