Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
- Architect and implement robust data models and database solutions (SQL/NoSQL) to support evolving product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver features.
- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our platform's capabilities and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expert proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Python, Go, Java, C#, Node.js) and familiarity with others.
- Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and operating high-performance, fault-tolerant systems in a production environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
