Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and reliable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our backend infrastructure, ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability.
- Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge, fostering growth, and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive solutions to enhance system stability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate to improve our tech stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products/features.
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language such as Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), Go, or Node.js.
- Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) and data modeling principles.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
