Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end engineers to define and implement new features.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for our microservices ecosystem.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality and consistent code across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Python, Node.js, Java, Go). Python and Node.js preferred.
- Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
