Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating them where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, preferably with large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
