Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA) to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Architect and implement microservices using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the evolution of our platform architecture, embracing new technologies and design patterns.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems and ensure high availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Extensive experience with designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
