Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the long-term maintainability and scalability of our systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system health and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in our development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and relevant frameworks.
- Proven experience with designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
