Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Go.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our production systems through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural reviews, and strategic planning.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize existing systems for improved performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience building production-ready applications.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and API design (REST, gRPC).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated services.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
