Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Polygon).
- Lead the development of decentralized applications (DApps) and integrate them with front-end user interfaces and back-end systems.
- Perform rigorous testing, auditing, and optimization of smart contracts for security, efficiency, and gas usage.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver features.
- Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry trends to inform strategic technical decisions.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain infrastructure and applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and experience developing, testing, and deploying complex smart contracts.
- Proficiency with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js, and OpenZeppelin.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with various blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Layer 2 solutions) and their respective ecosystems.
- Familiarity with security best practices for smart contract development and common vulnerabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
