- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from ideation and data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and implement robust statistical analyses to extract meaningful trends and patterns from large, complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, identify data requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility for analytical projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Research and evaluate new data science methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and impactful projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experimental results to drive product improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
